Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all purchases, downloads, and services provided by A New You T-Shirts & Designs.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or downloading any digital product, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from A New You T-Shirts & Designs, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian

  • Have read and agreed to our Terms of Service and policies

  • Agree to be legally bound by this Agreement

2. Products & Services Covered

This Agreement applies to all products and services offered by A New You T-Shirts & Designs, including:

  • Digital downloads (planners, templates, printables, DTF images, clipart, etc.)

  • Physical products (custom apparel, tumblers, party favors, etc.)

  • Custom design services and event services (when applicable)

3. Digital Products

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products are delivered electronically

  • No physical item will be shipped

  • Files are delivered via download link

  • You are responsible for downloading and saving your files

  • All digital sales are final and non-refundable

4. Usage Rights & Licensing

All digital products are protected by copyright.

Your use of digital files is governed by our Digital License Agreement.

You agree that you will not:

  • Resell or share digital files

  • Upload files to any public or private platform

  • Claim designs as your own

  • Distribute files in any form

5. Custom Orders

Custom products and personalized items are created specifically for you.

Once production has started:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Refunds are not available

  • Changes may be limited

Proofs may be provided for approval prior to production.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Full payment is required before processing

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Digital products are non-refundable

  • Custom products are non-refundable once production begins

  • Physical product refunds are subject to approval

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, images, templates, planners, and content remain the intellectual property of A New You T-Shirts & Designs.

Purchase does not transfer ownership rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

A New You T-Shirts & Designs is not responsible for:

  • File compatibility issues

  • Printing errors by third parties

  • Software or device malfunctions

  • Loss of files after download

  • Loss of business or income

All products are provided “as is” without warranties.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Louisiana.

11. Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
