Digital Product License Agreement

This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products sold by A New You T-Shirts & Designs.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from our website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from A New You T-Shirts & Designs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product according to the license type stated in the product listing.

This is a license — not a transfer of ownership.

All designs remain the intellectual property of A New You T-Shirts & Designs.

2. Personal Use License (Default)

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all digital products are sold under a Personal Use License.

You MAY:

  • Download and save the file for personal use

  • Print for personal use

  • Use for personal projects

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the file

  • Upload the file to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform

  • Claim the design as your own

  • Modify the file and resell it

  • Use the design to create competing digital products

3. Commercial Use License (If Offered)

If a product listing specifically states that a Commercial Use License is included, you MAY:

  • Use the design on physical products for resale (shirts, tumblers, stickers, etc.)

  • Use the design for client projects

You may NOT:

  • Resell the digital file itself

  • Share or distribute the source file

  • Create and sell competing digital products using the design

  • Claim ownership of the design

Commercial use is limited to the terms stated in the individual product listing.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell digital files in any form

  • Share files with others

  • Upload files to public or private groups

  • Include files in bundles or collections

  • Offer files as free downloads

  • Use files for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Copyright & Ownership

All digital designs, templates, planners, images, and files are protected by copyright law.

Ownership of the design remains with A New You T-Shirts & Designs at all times.

Purchase does not grant copyright ownership.

6. License Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the digital files in your possession.

No refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

A New You T-Shirts & Designs is not responsible for:

  • File compatibility issues

  • Printing errors

  • Software or device malfunctions

  • Loss of files after download

All files are provided “as is” without warranties.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
