Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once files have been delivered.

All custom products are final sale once production has begun.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
