What services do you offer?

From backdrops & balloon centerpieces to business cards & flyers, I work extremely hard to ensure that my clients’ events are top-tier.  Every event is unique, and I can fulfill your requirements from start to finish. What are your fees?

We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quote. Fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, the complexity of planning, and my level of involvement. I’ll keep in contact with you regarding my time and hours spent, and liaise with you on specific items, but I’ll also work within your budget and plan accordingly. You’ll never be charged more than we agree upon, and there will be no hidden extras or surprises.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

To avoid disappointment if your event date or items are unavailable, I suggest you contact me once you have secured your venue, or AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to the event date.

How Long Do Balloons Last?

INDOOR - Many air-filled balloon designs can last for a week indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of space. All our helium balloons will float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer!

OUTDOOR - We cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoors. The sun, heat, wind, rain, and other factors affect the lifespan of the balloons.

Can I Provide My Own Balloons?

Yes, but it is not necessary to purchase your own balloons unless they are specialty balloons with custom-printed logos or personalized messages. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the quality or speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.

Are Balloons Biodegradable or Can They Be Recycled? 

 Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar (or foil) balloons are NOT biodegradable but can be recycled.

How Long Should I Expect to Wait for A Response to My Order Request?

I suggest waiting AT LEAST 72 hours for a response to your order request. However, response times DO vary based upon several variables. I assure you I will do my best to respond in a timely manner, with the utmost respect for your time and mine.
